How CNY Utility Group handles information submitted through our website and communications.

Effective date: August 3, 2026

CNY Utility Group LLC ("CNY Utility Group," "we," "us," or "our") collects information that you voluntarily provide when requesting a bid, capability package, prequalification materials, or other project-related assistance.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you submit, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, project location, project type, market, scope details, referral or advertising attribution, and the date and method of any communication consent you provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate and scope projects, prepare bids, schedule work, provide project updates, maintain business records, measure advertising performance, secure our systems, and comply with applicable requirements.

SMS and text-message information

Text-message consent is optional and is collected only when you affirmatively check the SMS consent box. If you opt in, CNY Utility Group may send messages about your request, including follow-ups, scheduling, and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving a bid.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us deliver requested communications may process information only to provide those services for us.

Sharing and service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, email, communications, analytics, security, and related business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, perform projects, maintain required records, document consent and opt-out history, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline SMS consent and still submit a bid request. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, subject to records we must retain.
