Yes. Horizontal directional drilling is one of our two core services — we do it for utility companies and solar developers. Nothing gets cut open and nothing gets handed to a second contractor.
Do you restore the surface?
Yes. Pavement, curb, stone and lawn go back as part of the scope, and it is written into the price before we start.
