What site prep actually covers
Site prep is everything between raw ground and a surface your builder can work on: clearing, stripping topsoil, cutting the pad to grade, compacting it and putting in the access road that gets everyone else on site. We build pads to a surveyed elevation and hand them off compacted and ready.

Most of our work is underground utility construction for utilities, EPCs and energy developers — boring and trenching next to live gas, electric and fiber where a mistake is not an option. That is the standard we bring to every job we dig, a driveway or a multi-acre pad: 811 marks, potholing, hand-digging near marked lines, and our own operators on our own iron so nothing waits on a rental.

Do you build to a surveyed elevation?
Yes. Give us the plan or the stakes and we cut and compact the pad to that grade, then walk it with you before we pull off.
Can you handle erosion control and permits?
We install silt fence, stabilized entrances and the erosion control the plan calls for. Land-disturbance permits vary by town — tell us the municipality and we will tell you what it needs.
