Custom Metal Buildings — Built On Site, Finished Inside and Out, By One Crew
A finished, heated shop you can work in all winter — not a bare shell. Site work, concrete, in-floor heat, insulation, HVAC and electrical, all from the same crew. Turnkey packages start at $59,900, priced to your size and finish.
What’s included in a turnkey building
Most metal building companies hand you a shell and leave. We build the whole thing — ground to finished interior — with one crew, one schedule and one written price. You end up with a heated, insulated shop you can actually work in through a Northeast winter.
- Site work, excavation, and concrete pad — lot cleared, pad cut, compacted and poured
- Heated floors — in-floor radiant heat (and radiant cooling if you want it)
- Insulation + mini split HVAC — heat and cooling, sealed envelope
- Electrical — lights, outlets and utility service
- Your size, doors, and colors — built to your plan, not a catalog box
Turnkey packages start at $59,900
Final price is set by your size and finish level. The written number is the number — see the Locked Price Promise below. Get on the schedule now and it’s complete this year, and we’ll work directly with your bank on financing.
Red iron, not a carport kit
This is the part most people shopping online miss. The cheap buildings you see advertised are 16-gauge tube frames — carport steel with siding on it. Ours are red iron: engineered structural steel, commercial snow-rated for Northeast loads. We’re a dealer for Corle buildings, so the frame is a real engineered package, not a garage-kit special.
We also don’t set posts in the ground. Around here the soil is wet and acidic and buried posts rot out — fine out west, not here. Yours goes on concrete.
Built through the winter
Once the pad and concrete are in, the building goes up in the cold. That’s an advantage: most trades shut down for the season, so a winter slot means your building is finished and usable before spring instead of sitting in a spring queue.
Design yours in 3D
Want to see it before you commit? Lay out your size, doors, and colors in the 3D builder, then send it over and we’ll price it: corle.custom3dbuilder.com.
One crew from dirt to done
We clear the lot, cut and compact the pad, pour the concrete, put the building up, then insulate, heat and wire it — one contractor and one written number from raw ground to a building you can move into. We trench the utility run in-house too.
One of ours, finished and in use
This is the kind of building the turnkey package produces: sized to the equipment that has to fit inside, doors where you actually need them, and a heated, insulated interior so the shop still works in February. Tell us your size and town and we’ll price yours the same way.
The crew that bores under state highways is the crew on your site
Most of our work is underground utility construction for utilities, EPCs and energy developers — boring and trenching next to live gas, electric and fiber where a mistake is not an option. That is the standard we bring to every job we dig, a driveway or a multi-acre pad: 811 marks, potholing, hand-digging near marked lines, and our own operators on our own iron so nothing waits on a rental.
The Locked Price Promise
The written number is the number. If we hit something unforeseen we stop and show you before a dollar changes. If we ever bill above the signed scope without your approval, you do not pay the difference.
Get your Site-Ready Assessment
We walk the site, mark access and spoil, and put a written fixed-price scope in your hands inside two business days.

Do you do the site work too?
Yes — that is the whole point. The same crew clears the lot, builds the pad and puts up the building, on one schedule and one written price.
Can you build from a kit I bought?
We build to your plan — bring a kit you already own, or we will spec the package with you before anything gets ordered.
How big can you go?
Single-bay garages up to full shop and storage buildings. Tell us the footprint and what has to fit inside, and we will tell you what the site needs.
Do you run power to the new building?
Yes. Turnkey packages include the electrical — lights, outlets and the utility service. We trench, sleeve and backfill the underground run ourselves, and a licensed electrician handles the wiring and hookup. It’s in the one price, so you’re not chasing a second contractor or waiting on another trade.
What’s the difference between red iron and the cheap buildings online?
The budget buildings advertised online are 16-gauge tube frames — carport steel. Ours are red iron: engineered structural steel, commercial snow-rated for Northeast loads. We’re a Corle dealer, and we set on concrete rather than burying posts, which rot in our wet, acidic soil.
Is the building heated and insulated?
That’s the point of a turnkey package: in-floor radiant heat, insulation and a mini split for heat and cooling. It’s a shop you can work in all winter, not a bare shell you finish later.
What does it cost, and can I finance it?
Turnkey packages start at $59,900, priced to your size and finish. We work directly with your bank — tell us your size and town and we’ll give you a straight number.
